33-agent agentic cluster

Marvin Fangre is the founder of Fangre, an AI automation studio that helps businesses replace manual, repetitive workflows with intelligent agents that run around the clock. With a background spanning fintech operations and capital markets — including work with Yellow Capital on liquidity infrastructure — he brings a sharp, systems-level perspective to the problem of operational overhead. His thesis is simple: most businesses don't need more people, they need better processes — and the best processes run themselves.

At Fangre, Marvin has architected what he calls the Agentic Cluster: a coordinated network of 33 specialized AI agents, led by an Executive Assistant agent, that handles everything from data analysis and compliance checks to content repurposing and lead qualification. This isn't a dashboard or a chatbot — it's an operating system for work, where each agent is purpose-built for a specific function and the EA orchestrates them as a unified workforce. The result is a one-person operation that delivers at the throughput of a twenty-person team.

Beyond his own cluster, Marvin consults with mid-market companies to audit their workflows, identify the highest-ROI automation targets, and deploy custom agents into their existing tool stack — Slack, CRM, email, ERP — in days rather than quarters. His approach is hands-on, opinionated, and designed to compound: every deployment is instrumented to learn, so each week the system gets faster, cheaper, and more accurate without adding headcount.

Core Philosophies

Automate the Bottleneck, Not the Org Chart

The highest-leverage automation targets the one process that slows everything downstream — not the most visible one.

Agents Over Dashboards

A dashboard tells you what happened. An agent fixes it before you notice. We build the second kind.

Ship, Measure, Compound

Deploy fast, instrument everything, and let each iteration make the next one cheaper. Automation should accelerate itself.
